    I would consider anything written by Jack London as "alienation.' His short story, To Build a Fire is a good read for viewing the alienation of those who are not the "fittest." I am sure there are many considering this movement understands science to be the only factor of value in mankind. Genetics determines worth, therefore, those without a particular strength in genetic make-up are considered dead to the idea of longevity.
