UT.Administration of Daman & Diu has delivered a notification for the recruitment of 77 Assistant teacher (Group- B) vacancy and 35 Teachers (Grade – I) Vacancies 2014 under the Directorate of Education Daman & Diu. Interested candidates
can fill their forms by downloading the format of the application form through the official website. Any citizen of India can apply for this post but the applicants having domicile of Daman & Diu will be given more weightage. There are vacancies for the subjects Gujarati, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Social Science, Maths, Science and Technology.

Age Limit:
- Applicant age should not be above 30 years.
- Relaxation of age for government servants is up to 05 years.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have the B.a/ B.Sc/ B.Com and M.A/ M.Sc / M.com with the respective subject and B.Ed also.
- Applicants should be Indian other wise he / she may be disqualified.
Pay Scale:
From Rs.9300 to Rs. 34,800 and a Grade pay of Rs.4600 /-
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written Examination and interview.
