Candidates who have completed M.Sc. can apply for this Forensic Scientific Assistant post form Bihar Staff Selection Commission (Bihar SCC). The Pay Scale of BSSC is Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with Grade Pay 4200/-.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list on scale of 100 marks. 60 marks for candidates performance in Matriculation, Intermediate, B.Sc., and M.Sc.; 20 marks for Interview, and 20 marks for experience.

Age Limit for bihar ssc vacancies:
- Between 21 years to 37 years As on 01.01.2015.
- Age relaxation as per Government rules and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria for Bihar ssc job:
- Eligible and interested candidates must have passed M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Zoology/ Manviki (Physical) Forensic Science (Genetics)/ Botany/ Molecular Biology/ Microbiology/ Pharmacology/ Physics/ Forensic Science/ Mathematics as per specific branch and division requirement. Candidates should have minimum one year work experience in relevant field.
