Punjab TET 2014 Notification, Apply Online Details

PSTET 2014 Exam (Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test) conduct by SCERT, Punjab. The State Council of Educational Research & Training of Punjab state releases a notification regarding TET exam for recruitment of Primary and Junior Teachers in state government certified schools.

Punjab TET online application form is now available on official website http://tetpunjab.com . Interested candidates can apply for Punjab TET 2014 exam using link given at the bottom of this article.

Panjab TET 2014 Details, Online Application Process:

Eligibility Criteria:

For Appearing in Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test, The Candidates must have minimum educational qualification that are following:-

Educational Qualification for (I to V) Primary Teacher

Senior Secondary or equivalent minimum 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in final year of Two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary or its equivalent minimum 45 percent marks and passed or appearing in final year of Two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), that affiliated with the NCTE Recognition Norms & Regulation 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in final year of Four year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary or its equivalent minimum 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in final year Diploma in Special Education)
OR
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

Educational Qualification for (VI to VIII) Elementary Teacher:

Completed graduation and passed or appearing final year of Two year Diploma in Elementary Education.
OR
Graduation must be minimum 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in One year B.Ed. (Bachelor in Education).
OR
Graduation must be minimum 45 percent marks and passed or appearing in One year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) that affiliated with the NCTE Recognition Norms & Regulation.
OR
Senior Secondary or its equivalent minimum 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in final of Four year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
OR
Senior Secondary or its equivalent minimum 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in final year of Four year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
OR
Completed graduation minimum 50 percent marks and passed or appearing in One year B.Ed. (Special Education)

This exam will be conducted in two phase, Paper 1 and/or Paper 2.

Paper I (for Primary Stage Class I – V):

Paper I exam is for Primary classes (1st – 5th standard) teachers. Exam duration will be of 1:30 hrs.

Paper II (for Elementary Stage Class VI – VIII):

Paper 2 Junior / Elementary exam of TET Punjab will be of 1:30 hours duration. For other information please follow table.
