• Applicants must passed II class post – graduation Degree
• Sr. No.1 :-MBA in HRD / personal branch for post, M Phil
• Sr. No.2 :- PH.D in a subject related to Adult learning .
• Sr.No.3:-PH.D in subject under social science or Education for the post
• Sr. No.4:- Post graduate with Lib. Science from a recognized  university and knowledge for computer typing .
• Sr. No. 5:- Graduate with Computer Science / computer Application/ information technology  as a subject at graduate level from a recognized university, Diploma in Pharmacy , Diploma in Electronic / Diploma in Electronic  and Radio Engineering and other  post qualification refer to the notification.
